Because you just took the initial offer from some low level lackey, you never asked for a supervisor or manager while at the venue like others did who received their refund in cash, and then, you had to write an email (THE HORROR!!). Then, I assume, you received a prompt response that not only gave you the resolution you wanted, your money back, but I'll bet it was also a nicely written apologetic email response as well, and you still have to take a shot at them.
Because that's really what this was all about.....taking a shot

How about how he'd "take-care of us" when we were noob's and steer us in the right direction on race-day..."Hey, you know what? Let's go talk to Jake, he knows how to set your bike up right!" In my case: He introduced me to Jake Thompson at Showa which helped me get my bike to QUIT launching me into the fence and also helped get me a Honda-support ride. Again, let's not even think about all that...
Hell, how about personally showing us how to fill-out or Contingency paper-work CORRECTLY(!) so we could get paid (No "net", back then, and we...I...was an idiot).

BUT! Come to find out that a REFUND WAS OFFERED WHEN YOU FINALLY SENT AN E-MAIL AFTER THE FACT...AFTER YOU PUT UP THIS THREAD.
Stu's people made a simple mistake; and, you and the Hate-Fest-Web-Bitchers have a mutli-page Anti-CMC thread to show for it.
