I have received an offer of a refund from Sondra at CMC and that resolves it for me. Bash away to those that want, but the very simple fact is that's all that had to happen in the first place without me or anyone else having to chase down their $$.

After the "bad news" I did walk the pits and rechecked the sign up booth. The sign up booth was never opened that I could tell and I do not know the promoters, but I did not identify anyone that I thought was the boss or any more in charge than the guy that I had already dealt with.........so yeah...

Thanks rrjt. Was planning on riding the series except for the 2/22 race. Was going to take the little guy to race Arenacross. I wasn't' offered a rain check to get in any of the other 3 events coming up. Only the 2/22 race which I knew we couldn't make. Good point on the rain check at the store, but...

No I wouldn't. ",or it rained (now there is a reason for a "rain check")" But if it rained I would gladly accept a rain check no questions asked.

Thanks Guy. Maybe that sounded wrong. I was simply trying to say didn't feel like I should have to because I still feel/wish it would have been handled differently at the event. Just my opinion. I'm good with following up and hope to give a positive review out of the whole situation.

Thanks for the feedback and Yes!, It could have been handled privately. They could have handed me my $30 back and I would have been happy and likely gone to the next race. Why is it the customer's problem that they sent someone with a bad attitude, with the wrong message, to the people that showed up trying to support...
