unless they re invented the 450 or fuel infected the 250F which neither happened from what i'm told i'm guessing BNG is the big change

Dont expect anything big at all ! The motorcycle industri is not what it used to be. But at lesst Yamaha came out with something new and different in 2010


Suzuki has pretty much unchanged bike since 2008 ! And that bike looks alot like a 2005-2008 CRF450 ...it really needs an update ! Even if it is has a nice motor and chassi , it still needs some plastic changes to make it interesting and fresh. Just my opinion .

But I really don't expect much from either Yamaha or Suzuki...it's a shame but that is how the economy is right now.

Complaining about MFGs not updating bikes is a waste of time. If you want new plastic for your RM/YZ250s then draw some specs up, contract with a manufacturer, have a bunch made and sell them. Or invest in some moulding equipment and do it yourself.

The last time I saw one of those in the showroom it had a sub $3000.00 price tag hanging on it. And there wasn't any of this chickenshit $500.00 freight and $195.00 setup fee either tagged on in the managers office. No doubt they could probably sell a few.

Whats the deal with this fuckin freight being charged on everything now? I've been looking at getting a SXS but every dealer seems to wanna tack on $600 for freight after the price is negotiated. I remember when I just walked in, kicked the tires, haggled over the price, paid the man and he loaded it up for me.

It had a new frame, new cams and revised porting, among other things. Maybe they weren't as bigger changes as I remembered.

The new Transworld talks about upcoming Yamahas on pg 77. I'd type it out but I'm off to the track... Basically says they've heard radical changes for 2014 models.

Freight for my 2004 GTO from Australia was $650. Don't the manufacturers credit dealers for assembly hours when a unit is sold?
