Ha! St. Pete, forgot all about that one. The "acoustics" in that place were incredible, and might be why it was a one-time shot.

Tampa, St. Pete, Orlando for me; I wasn't exactly well-traveled. The most memorable race for me was Larry Ward's win at Tampa in '98, his first in eight years.

With the small crowd and that comment, I was pretty sure that was going to be the first and last race there. Took a lot of pictures that day. Things sure have changed. Factory teams were working out of box vans.
There was not a lot of people there...too bad. That was the fist time I had a chance to see the Factory Honda stadium bikes, man did those things rip! You could hear/see the difference between them and the production Honda's.

Pontiac. Place always had great attendance. Awesome venue for pit parties. Way better than some of the lame venues now. Bring it back!!!!

I was at the first Pontiac SX, and many more after that one. I actually went there for my honeymoon my 1st marriage! (She should've known!)

Cleveland & Pittsburgh as well.

San Jose in 93 and 94 (great race for sneaking into the pits...super easy)

LA Colosseum the year MC debuted on the RM (the opener, one week before Deegan ghost rode) and one other time (I think the one Tortelli won).

I went to the Charlotte sx in '94 I think it was. Wasn't it in a high school football stadium? Think that was the race Ryan Hughes broke his wrist.

Exactly!!!!! Miss it,went there every year from 1985---2005 and always had great attendance even on double header weekends.........I hope it does come back,something always happened at pontiac it seemed..

Foxboro twice - did the amateur day once. Saw arena cross in Providence twice, not sure if they called it arena cross then, like 1984 and 1992 or so.
