Or son that cried. it reminded me of going to the races with my Dad and the sacrifices he made to do it.

Great job guys.

"It's not all about being able to go pro, it's not all about getting paid to do this to make a living at it, there's a certain honor to go to the line. We'll take that."

Best line in the whole video.

Excellent example!

This video should be mandatory viewing for anyone who says they do not "understand" the sport.

Not sure if they have "Oscar" awards for documentary videos, but if they do this one should be submitted for consideration. It deserves some recognition, amazing job!!!

Hats off to the Owens family, seemed to be salt of the earth with the best attitude out of the bunch. Watching that young man continue pushing that bike back while his father was yelling for him to stop, gave me an overwhelming sense of respect for him.

How many kids in that position (frustrated, heart broken) would have shit on their old man for NOT (edit) having them on a bike with $5k tied up in a fresh race motor? I might have at that age. What a great kid and great family.

Goes to show you don't have to have a $250k pusher, a trainer, mechanic and $50k in bikes to enjoy this sport for the sport.

Adamitis's style is evolving, in a very good way. Thanks for posting.

That video was amazing. Very real emotions and they have a very unique way of caputiring the moment. My only gripe is that it should have been 2 hours and not 30 minutes, lol.

Very well done.

Times have changed and its been since the late 90's that I was there, but I still don't see the necessity of having 4 bikes and a $200,000 motor home. I think some people just like to blow money for the sake of buying cool stuff.

Awsome show though........defines everything I went through as a kid traveling with my mom and dad and our dogs to the races.

Great vid, really enjoyed it, would have liked to see more about the Owens family and their story to get to loretta's.

That movie was unreal, the Heart of MX is the perfect name, watching a father help his son fulfill a dream is just brilliant, think most of us can relate to that fact, It is not about winning national championships, but getting to the line to do what we love to do, RACE (well at least circulate Smile )

i agree, that is the best line, i think that was an awesome vid, showed not only the top guys, but also the passion of the guy that has the dream to be there, and did everything to get there, his old man did everything he could for him, and there is nothing more a son can ask for,

That place is serious business with the same story played out for almost every family. Terrifying and exciting to have so much wrapped up into a single race. The one thing the video reminded me of is from the time you get to staging until the gate drops not a single person smiles or laughs.

Phenomenal. One of the best motocross pieces I have ever watched.

Kudos to Kawi for helping that Ryan kid out, and every other good deed that goes on there unnoticed.

My 50+yr old dad, who is not the emotional type, saw it and said he became sentimental when he saw the ways families are bonded together through our sport.
