Just heard about this also complete tragedy this is not supposed to happen! Condolences to the family and friends!
Just saw this on IG. Not sure what happened, but praying for her family during such a difficult time.
So sad. Parents should never have to lay their children to rest…especially young ones.
No words to describe how awful . Thoughts and prayers to the family .

Sounds like it was a beginner on a big bike on the kids track that crashed into her.
absolute tragedy
RIP Brooke
More bad news for Socal moto. Terrible news. RIP young lady....
Man, if true that is horrible for both. That is one of my biggest fears seeing a few local tracks allowing big bikes on the kids track...
OMG... 9 years old. I have no words. RIP young lady.
RIP Young Lady! Very sad, indeed.
RIP Racer
A parent should never have to endure the loss of a child. No matter the age. Prayers for peace and understanding for this family. Absolutely heatbreaking.
Feels like sometimes we're abusers putting them in such danger, my kid broke 21 bones in 9 years , where do you draw the line?
Anyway sorry to the family.
She is in my son’s class at school. I sold the family the bike she was riding. Absolutely devastating.
Ughhhhhh... My daughters 9 and i cant even imagine... I may share this with her to let her know this is why i won't let her on a track with big bikes unless its me.. She gets so mad at me but this is exactly why my heads where it is.. Praying the family finds peace some how through this..
RIP. Very sad situation and as a father of three riders I couldn't imagine what they are going through. Condolences.
And he had been told twice to stay off of that track... unbelievable.
Just terrible to hear stuff like this. RIP little one...
Absolutely the worst thing imaginable , and now reading that made it 100% avoidable. Beyond words unbelievable . Where were the track officials with this asshole ??
My daughter just started riding last month.. scary stuff. Godspeed little one
Pit Row
What a fucking goon.
Were you there? If this is true this could have been completely avoidable!
The news channels are reporting it as a collision “with another child on an electric bike” Saw the same story on channel 5 and a San Diego channel ?
That’s very sad. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
It was she that was on her e-moto. The kid that hit her is 13 and was on a 250F, per a witness. They call him a juvenile in this article.
Regardless, should have never happened.

That is horrible and infuriating! Due to someone not following the rules after being told twice! RIP to the little one and may God bless her family.
100% agree. Only reason I brought it up was the news story was so much different than what I read in here (which I figured was the correct info) Probably better for the track that the news reported it as 2 kids and no mention of full size bikes vs little bikes on the track at the same time. That should never happen, ever. This one hit hard, I have 3 grandkids, the oldest is almost ready to start riding, a PW50 in the garage when the time comes, and both our kids are all enthused to get their kids on bikes at an early age (like they were) Scares the shit out of me. RIP Brooke, and prayers out to her family, I can't even imagine the pain and guilt they're feeling. The 13 year old and family's lives are permanently changed too, that's a lot of guilt to carry. Sucks all the way around
Brutal.
RIP Brooke
Unimaginable. RIP
Rest in peace young lady.
I’ve seen more than a few parents that are definitely mental abusers no doubt. This sport is dangerous and although broken bones are common, a life ending injury while rare, is still possible. You can however mitigate the risks. Teach your children how to ride properly, in control, and within their comfort zone. Also as a parent be willing to walk. If the track is unsafe, or the promoter doesn’t have the proper safety protocols in place (flaggers, ambulance, etc) pack it up and leave. There’s ankways next week. Also I’ve never sugar coated the fact in conversations with my son this sport is inherently dangerous. You will get hurt. It’s inevitable, but how you ride, decisions you make, and skill development will lessen the chances.
