Only moto 1 of the 450s worked for me. The other races all freeze.

Same. Had to just go look at the results for second moto online. Pretty lame 

I thought it was my internet for awhile. When I watched replays the second motos were awful. 

no problem at all for me on Saturday and Sunday 

Can’t watch any replays.  Freezes after a few minutes on iPad, iPhone, pc and browser doesn’t matter.  Opened a ticket but getting little assistance clear cache BS etc.  Will be cancelling my subscription if not figured out second race

Good luck if it comes to that. I’ve read that’s damn near impossible too

Same here. I was able to watch the 1st motos but the 2nd motos do not play. I have tried 3 different computers and different internet as well (home and work) and it stops after about 1 min no matter where in the video I start watching from. 

I sent them an email and i got the standard boiler plate response. To clear cookies, etc. I replied saying it happens on multiple devices and now waiting for their reply.

Is anyone still dealing with this? Trying to watch the rebroadcast today and it’s complete garbage for me. Freezing constantly. Watching the first motos live this morning I had zero problems. 

Same here. Freeze on PC or iphone. Refresh, reboot. Logoff, Logon. Wax On, Wax off. Nothing worked. It won't be the subscription fees that cause me to stop watching, it will be the lack of reliability of the stream.

Add me to the list as well, I emailed them too, awaiting a response….

MXGP of Argentina, I wasn't able to watch the replay of the MX2 and MX1 races properly.

MXGP of Spain : same problem as well.

I paid for MXGP TV stream for many years, and that's the first time I'm dealing with that kind of misfunction.

I trully dont understand why those issues are not resolved yet, after already two races!

Yep in the same boat with you all, last two races of each location wont play without freezing up!!!!

Watched replays from MAX/Eurosport and worked great. Just different commentator. They only do MXGP and MX2 main races not EMX or qualifying. 

Same here. Rnd 1 and 2 have totally glitched out for me. 

 Didn’t worry too much after RND 1, thought it was Argentina internet issues perhaps. 
 But 2 weeks later in Spain… bummed. 
 If Rnd 3 is the same, I’ll be looking for a refund.

It's a fucking disgrace. 

Can you imagine F1 having corrupt streams/replays and they would not give a shit? 

Have everyone emailed support? They said this morning it was fixed but it isn't. Just tested.

First season subscribing to the stream, yet to make it through a moto without getting frustrated and giving up. The issue is on their end, not mine. I want my money back.

I’ve been back and forth with them through email this week. They kept wanting me to do all the troubleshooting crap every company tries. I finally got so pissed I pasted the link to this thread and sent it while stating sarcastically “yeah it’s definitely not you guys” That one actually got me somewhere  ha. They emailed me back yesterday and said the issue was resolved and linked all the replays but I haven’t had time to try it. They’re not budging on a refund so if it continues to not work properly unfortunately me and my email buddy are gonna get to know each other really well. 

I've only had a couple of problems with the replays.

But, I emailed them, got the same sort of response from them as you did - but I also emphasized to them how bad they were making themselves look with their 'problems', that were being referred to on quite a few Websites, notably Vital.

They  didn't do anything - pulling the same crap as you mentioned , plus, they sent E mails saying it was resolved, when it wasn't.  

 I just reiterated the problems Not being at my end , or, anyone elses  end - just them, and, again they were bringing themselves, and, MXGP into disrepute, giving those that always want to slag the MXGPs ( and, there's always a fair few) , ever more ammunition . 

It's fixed now.

Hopefully, they might just sort it so it doesn't happen in the future, but, they'll inevitably, keep on shooting themselves in the foot.
