A couple years ago I promised myself I would try and fly out and hit a race outside of my normal circle at least once a year. Did the MXON at Red Bud, and now tomorrow I'm hopping my ass on a 737 and headed to Indy. First time seeing an East Coast SX race. Then back home and driving up the road to Seattle. See you all out there!!!!

That's cool, I have been somewhat doing the same thing. I started with the first Covid race at Lorrettas and hit Budd's Creek the next year. Last year I got pneumonia pretty bad and missed. This year I was planning on Nashville but it's SLC for me.

After you watch qualifying, walk a block northeast of the stadium and stop by Harry and Izzy's for one of their world famous shimp cocktails.  No visit to Indy is complete without it, IMO.

Going as well, been a few years since my last supercross.  What time do the riders normally have signings?

Have fun! I’ve always wanted to do redbud and Daytona. I’m gonna have to make the cross country trip one of these days

I could be way off but I think around 2:30-3ish.

stay in the pits late after some of the crowd leaves and you can get up close to the rigs with riders just hanging out. I’d your a fan girl like me it’s cool to just watch them wrench on the bikes and walk around lol

Finally did a RedBud a few years back for a big birthday (and did the MXON this year as well), and have convinced myself and my wife that Daytona needs to be a yearly thing - especially with the weather in the northeast!

There is nothing like Red Bud on the 4th of July. I had an absolute blast there, and hope to go back soon. I wanted to do the MXON's but the BS to cross the border and back (VAX crap) wasn't worth it to me. Maybe this year.

My 6 year old and I are about to start heading down now. Of course we are only about 2.5 hours north. You will enjoy it, great stadium.

Welcome to Indy! You will like it, great stadium and usually a good race. We hit it every year and then go to Detroit the following weekend. We are located right in between the two cities so hitting both works well for us. If you get a chance, you should hit High Point for an outdoor national - it is a really nice track as well. Red Bud of course is a staple for us here in the Midwest!

Daytona and Soutwick our next on our list, gotta get to the Wick! Have fun and enjoy!

Be there tomorrow. Hoping for a battle and tighten up the points even more.
