So what do you do? Friese probably makes the money where fining him money would make a difference, but what about people like Greco, non-salary privateers?
Honestly, I think the only solution is to cut the main down to 15 riders and only pay purse to the top 13.
I believe with these new "point" fines, Friese started over with a clean slate, So nothing will happen to him.
Yup, Southwick '08 was his first pro race. He led 2/3 of his first moto and it went all downhill from there.

Vince always seems to be in the wrong place at the worst time. I don’t think he cross jumped on purpose on that rutted out track, but he sure did cross over whether it was intentional or not.

The real winner won tonight. They all raced the same track and against the same people. Vince Friese finished 13th tonight making him the 13th best SX racer in the world tonight.

no one is going to SX to watch Friese, the series wouldn’t miss him one bit. Tomac, or Hunter or Webb on the other hand actually put asses in the seats and the ama should want to protect those guys from being taken out by riders that are reckless or not following race direction.

Multiple times this season he's in the fucking way of a battle at the front. Screw this damn penalty points system. If you're blatantly holding up the leaders, and it is blatant with Vince, you get black flagged
We're getting these lapper threads every other week it seems like. I dont want mains cut down to leas riders or when a guy gets lapped he gets pulled off the track. Navigating lappers is a part of the race and always has been. Vince and his antics are a different story. The shitty part is, yes he's actually fast and a damn good sx rider. But its not coincidence that its always something with this guy
I don’t get the logic of lappers have always been a part of racing so deal with it.
Wouldn’t the racing be better if there wasn’t lappers?
I get no enjoyment from watching a lead battle that gets decided because a lapper didn’t get out of the way, or tried to race them cause he didn’t know who it was.
Webb using lappers is fun to watch.
Osborne using them to chase down Joey, or them being in Joey's way for that title, was fun.

Racing would better without injuries. Racing would be better if it paid more. Racing would be better if there wasn’t lappers. As it was said, deal with it and quit whining.
