I always run PC...I just like the quality of all of their products.
2002 CR250 and 2003 CR125 and both bikes have them.

i've tried both. But in the end always like the fmf factory fatty with a titanium 2 best

what year? Im going to have to say FMF though. They dont seem to dent as easy. Get an sst, or fatty. I ran a turbine core on mine too.

BTW, header generally refers to a 4-stroke exhaust. Pipe for a 2-stroke. Not a big deal but you might get a few STFUs for getting it wrong with all the Mike Gosselar's and Mitch Paytons that post here.

A 2008 rmz 250f headpipe with a fmf shorty really brings out the true speed in your powerbands.

For a 250 I would say FMF Fatty with a Shorty silencer.

For a 125, which makes most of its power much higher up, I would suggest you just call them to discuss what each combo will give you as far as power characteristics.

I have an SST pipe with shorty on my 2001 RM250 and the bike is crisp! Nice mid-and up powerband (usually what you want in a 125), I was impressed with the difference once I tried other 250's that did not have a pipe and silencer...

whichever pipe you chose, they will help your bike a LOT

I agree o the V-Force as well, that should make a screaming 125

If your are just starting out run the stock pipe and save the $$ for a new rear tire or 2. JMHO

Ya I was kind of thinking this too. Pipes are so cool though!! Honestly though I have seen some local pros in my time absolutley rip some tracks up on bone stock 98-04 cr 125s. I would be more concerned about getting the suspension tuned.
I had a 2000 cr 125 and it pretty nmuch had no bottom end. Its nice to have that little bit of power that comes with a pipe. Never put a v-force on it, but i should have. If your racing a cr 125 you want every bit of help. If your riding for fun I would get the suspension tits first if you havent already. JMO.

congrats on the choice to keep the 125 and not jump into the 250f just yet. i myself run a pc pipe n silencer combo on my 04 yz125 and love it. both brands will be a good addition for your bike. you may wish to think about a moto tasinnari reed cage and a 1 tooth larger rear sprocket for your cr.

i'm already running a 53 tooth sprocket haha, and i just got a new rear tire, and all the tracks i ride are super soft, so wearing through em is no problem. in fact, my cr (which is super clean) was on it's stock tire til today
