It stands for: Kronreif and Trunkenpolz, Mattighofen and that is a short abbreviation for: "transfer all your money to Cappelmans"

First it stood for Kraftfahrzeuge Trunkenpolz Mattighofen, then after businessman Ernst Kronreif bought into Ktm it changed to Kronreif und Trunkenpolz, Mattighofen.
