Hey Vital

I started a training website (http://kineticpf.com) and I want YOUR opinion on a few things. I made a small, 10 question survey to see what matters most to our community in regards to physical preparation for our beloved sport.

It doesnt matter what class you race or age, I just want to hear from you.

My goal is to bring the best possible training information to you and have everyone ride longer, faster, and most importantly safer.
