Jesus.. Craig has the absolute worse luck right now. Is he signed to Geico for next year? I can't remember.

Wonder if Cooper and Martin came together? Both lost loads of time on the same lap where we saw Cooper on the ground

Wow, got to be one of the single finest performances of AC in his career. Made it look easy!

Martin's docked position was a little harsh IMO, he let a butt load of riders by, and re entered safely. C'mon

What made this a 1 position penalty for Martin's incident vs. 2 positions for AC's incident?

Still accelerated off track. 1 position is pretty fair.

I agree that he accelerated, but he also had to re enter the track safely and not at a speed to be hazardous to other racers. How many positions should he be penalized when he nearly was out of the top 10 after his off track excursion?

So Alex is 2/3. Still gets 2nd overall behind AC 3/1?

AC had 2 moto's where he went off track this season where he wasn't penalized a position. Today and Thunder Valley.

They cited 2 off-track incidents for AC so 2 positions.

I was rooting for Alex, but he could have let up and gotten back on almost immediately. Then the replay shows him wfo in a power slide off track, while Oldenberg and Hampshire are coasting standing up behind him. He got off pretty easy imo.

Just because you go off the track it doesn't mean you're penalized. Laughing

A Mart rode the entire moto.....thinking about a possible penalty. Mentally strong there.

Shouldn't matter how many times you go off, what should matter is if you follow the rules of re-entry. AC was deemed to have followed the rules in CO, so why should it matter for Red Bud?

This is BS.

AMart was literally wide open in the air going down that access road.

Maybe what this will do is finally get Spring Creek to come up with a way to keep the riders on the track right there on the exit to the first turn because it's been a problem before, and especially today because of the conditions. But there's not a lot of room there and the following ledge makes it even more complicated to get back on the track.

I know you were joking but I really hope the officials keep looking at and making determinations on a case by case basis. A blanket penalty is no good imo.
