Went motoing on my 350 yesterday and the end of last session out I noticed my radiator was leaking from somewhere in the middle of the core. they were never bent and I did not crash on the day...just shitty luck I guess.

Anyone have any suggestions to get it repaired quickly on the east coast? I know the GPI are an option, but it is still in great shape.

I think its hit or miss with that brand I bought some for a kx250f. They were amazing quality, the welds were top notch, snug fit but they were oversized. Worth every penny.

Literally cannot beat Brett at ICW. He'll take your call, fix your radiators, and beef em up, and send them right back. Probably all quicker than you can order cheap, Chinese replacements that will last 1/4 as long as repaired stockers.

The welds are very nice and they do look pretty trick, top mount was way off my kx, I was sad when they didn't work

Mylers all the way. We had the exact same issue a few months back and we shipped them to Mylers. Great workmanship, great price. Can't beat it.

JB weld.,clean it good with acetone and mix up a pile.

I've fixed rads with it that were twisted and leaking bad. I built a mold with ductape to hold it in the area I needed flooded with JB. If it don't work you are just out a few bucks.

Bars leak or other generic brand of stuff that looks like salt and pepper. It worked for me. Nothing to lose. Flame on.

I would not recommend this. I would only use bars leak or alumi-seal if you are stuck somewhere. It will stop the leak by plugging it but the radiator acts like a filter and it plug the tubes also. I've fixed a lot of motorcycle radiators at my radiator shop. The worst thing you can do is use a sealer. It makes it very difficult to remove it.

Pepper does make a good temp repair.

I have purchased three sets of GPI radiators. No problems with any of them.

Make sure to check the spigots that the hoses connect to for internal flashing. You can use a dremel tool or cordless drill with a sand paper roll to clear them.... Peace.

It will be going to ICW today, thanks for the suggestions. The pepper thing sounds like a good plan on the trail, but I'm not risking an engine or a crash over $60

Yup. ICW.

DO NOT get those GPI or whatever pieces of shit. Garbage, and I mean GARBAGE quality.
Shitty fit, shitty grade aluminum. Fugg them.

If you are going to get a mid priced replacement, go with Myler. They stand behind their product
and their product is good.

Here's a before and after that was done mostly by ICW. They fixed a broken spout also
