I used the stock 96 bottom clamp to avoid modifying steering stops and 2004 top clamp for the rubber mounted handlebar clamps. To use the 96 bottom clamp you must make a 0.020 shim (2 layers of soda can) around the forks.

Forgot to tell you later in my assembly I encountered a problem with the rear brake line alignment with the newer master cylinder, you have to remove some material from the top of the master cylinder to get the brake line at the proper angle to avoid pinching in the shock spring.

I got a chance to ride the bike today and it didn't go as I hoped. I could feel every little bump on the track to the point where I didn't feel comfortable getting up to speed and jumping. The forks felt extremely harsh. If any of you guys that have done the twin chamber showa swap have advice on...

I decided to send my radiators to ICW rather than go the eBay route. I can't recommend these guys enough. They had to do some welding and straightening to both radiators and I had them back 6 days after I dropped them off at the post office.

Started putting all the fluids in today to hopefully get it running but unfortunately my right radiator has developed a leak at the spout that goes to the water pump. Now the question is do I send it off for repair? Buy a used radiator hoping it works? Or buy the cheap eBay radiators? I've seen a mixture of opinions...
