Had a mishap and my bike got knocked off the stand and snapped the stock clutch lever and now trying to decide what to replace it with. The bikes a 18 250sx. Ive heard alot of good stuff about Arc and Asv. Whats some other brands to check out or go with Arc or Asv.

I tried ARC but the throw of the lever was weird so I went back to stock.

Stock is the best
Stock is the most brittle lever I have ever seen, the clutch lever is non folding and $35. I replaced mine with ASV folding levers. Had I done this when the first one broke I would be money ahead.

Flo Pro 160 levers. Have them on my '19 KTM 150SX and couldn't be happier. Different feel than stock, but the pull feels more fluid and I love how you can adjust the tension on how loose or stiff you want the vertical and lateral stiffness to be. The quality is top notch as well.

The ASV levers that I’ve run don’t break when you or your bike fall(s) over.

ARC levers are consistently the best mods I make to my dirtbikes. Have never been unhappy with mine.

I use to break levers all the time on 85’s and 125’s. Haven’t broke one on 250’s ? still running the same stock lever on my 15 250sx.

Tusk/Moose/Motion Pro are the same shape as stock. ASV levers always feel fat and bulky to me

Renthal Intellilever would be my 1st choice, if I was going to change my OEM levers. Feels like the stock lever, but won’t bend or break.

ARC would be my 2nd choice.

ASV were always kinda bulky and didn’t care for the shape of the lever (where my fingers sit)

I have 3 KTM’s, all have stock levers. I’ve replaced a clutch lever after I bent one on a tip over, but only one lever in 4 years.

Renthal intellilever, Pro taper XPS, or Fly tri-pivot. and you never got to worry about braking a lever again. (well hopefully) all 3 bend up, down and backwards. Way better that those ASV's

Have asvs on my 450. Im not picky with levers so the bulk doesnt bother me. As many times as ive layed the bike down theyve never broken or gotten stuck. Im happy with them. The ARC ones look interesting though. That material that bends and snaps back is cool

If you are fine running a shorty lever (2 finger), and an easier pull than the stock lever, try a midwest mountain engineering lever. Worth the money. Have one on my TC250.

How often do you break Levers? once a year? Hard to beat $7 for Tusk Levers. Just keep an extra set with you all the time

What year and model bike? I have a set of new levers off of an ‘18 350SXF I’d take you up on that with.

The ARC's were spec'd for a 2018 250XC, they're the aluminum version. Email me nathanemmett@yahoo.com

I keep a set on standby, can’t beat it for the price! When installed on the bike, the brake lever pull feels the same, but the clutch lever did not have the same feel as oem.
