he rides and will show up here and there, win some cash and disappear. sad deal actually.
I don't mean to be lame and name drop, but I used to ride bmx with Johnny and Justin quite a bit when he was riding for Plano Honda. I haven't seen either of them in five years or so.
S
He is/was a fast mofo!
I raced here in OK around 2000-2002 and he, Cooper, Bartram and Reynard were the fast guys. Whisperin' Smith was usually right there too.
I'm in Stillwater BTW
i remember them days at cooperland when he was out front flyin.
59th and douglas to
see what happens when you hang around reynard??????
lets all pitch in and fly dddavis out here for some real training! lol
Remember him on a Honda years ago in 125 sx as well, seemed his career never really went as expected.
Cooper
Reynard
Marley
Canard
There was another kid who was around the same age as Marley..I forget his name.
Dennis Daft
Clay Hoenshell
Trey Jorski
Dennis Hawthorne
Jacob Martin
Trey Owens
Several others!
(in no particular order)
Pit Row
How can you guys forget the 2nd ever factory rider in Okla history?!?!? AX champion!!!
Cliff Palmer. Listed as one of the top 20 fastest guys in the world by MXA in 94 or 95? lol
(im biased, went to school with him until 8th grade)
The order:
Trey
Coop
Robbie
Palmer
Then notable mention...
Marley
Jake Martin (JMar on here is his dad)
Cory Green
Trey Owens
Clifford Adanpte (never can spell his name right)
Bartram
Jorski
David Eubanks
Whispen Smith (worlds fastest fireman - I have an awesome whispern story)
Chad Cook
Colby Sharp
Chase Reed
Brett Shumate (only guy other than coop, and pastrana that I have seen run down Robbie at 59th - summer of 94)
Dennis Owens
Holmer Wolfslayer (omg the stories of this guy!)
Chan baker
I could go on and on.
What about Pooder Hopkins, master of the outside pass.
Twistin Crank Chris Swank, although I think he was only a part time Okie.
And Babblin Bob, greatest amateur announcer ever. "Into the north berm turn, down the power pull straight, who's got the power? It's Trey Jorski, Oklahoma's 125CC state champion" those were the days. Nobody, and I mean nobody was gonna beat Jorski at 59th when the rent was due.
Is Jim Thomas still ramming people on a regular basis?
