From transworld mx...."Former Western Region 250cc Supercross Champion Jason Lawrence was booked and arrested today on charges related to his assault of his friend Ryan McGriddle last summer. Details about the length of Lawrence’s sentence are unknown, but TWMX is currently awaiting a return call from Lawrence’s manager, Scott Sepkovic.

I would think serious would be a little bit more life threatening. What the heck is "PC Mayhem"? 4 felonies? Hopefully he gets out in 6 months all shiny and new.

PC is the Penal Code number for each offense.

He could be in PC; Protective Custody, but I cannot speak except I hope that he comes out a very changed for the good person and the sport welcomes him back with open arms if he indeed comes back.

Sounds like he was on probation for 36 months. The ear dealio, made all the charges he was on probation become relevent. Basically he broke his probation..

I guess 2011 will have to be the year he wins his first 450 title. I bet his sponsors will welcome him with open arms when he gets out, they knew about his priors when they signed him early this year. It will be the feel good story of the year. If Vick can do it, surely JLaw can.
