My opinion, I dont think so. I think the majority of users will be more behaved, myself included. Gone will be the bs posts that make you say "What the Hell?." or, like my favorite posts, the sarcastic drive-by. I sense this will be a like MD but have more TT like advice of actual riding, places to ride and such.

Or as Reverend Johnson said: Oh Lord. Do we have the strength to carry on this mighty task in one night? Or are we just *$#&S@ off?

I agree with Tiki. This will be run a little more professional. MD shall be as it always was, a place for the inmates at the asylum to play.

Bingo. Well, here's hoping anyway. There will always been noobs whose Internet skills suck, and not-so-noobs like ________ from __________, who drive people nuts. But we're going to try and keep those to a minimum. Smile

I'll be curious to see how the karma part of the board plays out.

I (usually) enjoy hosting MD, and have no plans for it to go away.

It doesn't? One more good reason to hate four strokes.

Seriously, it doesn't. Why not? All of my other bikes had wrist pin bearings.

I know, I was trying to be funny. But if you have to tell someone something is a joke, that just proves it wasn't a very good one.

Whats really bad is seeing the inside of those engines without having to touch a wrench.

Frankly, I wish. Being a mechanic - which is what I was in high school and early college - isn't as much fun as it seems. I don't even clean my bike's air filter unless it really needs it - which is why I ride a two stroke.

And, uh - before all the wristpin debate - what is different about MD? Kicked out all the newbie agitators?

What's the best oil for my Yamaha?

Yamalube R, never used anything else in 20 years. No reason not to, I don't even ride Yamaha's anymore, I stll use it, my Honda MR 50 loves it.
