Sure is alot of hate for a guy who doesn't like to lose. It was awesome to watch James so far this summer. Hopefully he will be back soon. How about some respect people?

I was truly bummed and it kinda ruined the racing for me today, that's for sure. The second 250 moto kinda picked me back up though.

Yes, a big "get well soon" is added. Hope he's okay and that it's not worse than the early reports state.

Very much agreed. The sport's a lot better with him out there on the track making the racing awesome.

Best of luck to James on a speedy recovery!

Finally a thread worth posting in that hasn't gone sideways.

Regardless of the reason for the crash, I can only hope that his injury is minor and he can be back on the bike next week.

Get well soon!!!

Get well soon! Total bummer he went down, especially considering the circumstances.

I think his arm is between the helmet and bike in this photo Steve Cox took (I think he took it, Denny Stephenson posted it on facebook).

Get well soon! Hopefully it's not something that will have him miss any more races. Fingers crossed!

Nothing but love for all those crazy cats (paid and unpaid)that go out there and put their limbs/lives on the line all in the name of racing.

Get well soon James Stewart and all the other riders who are sitting out due to injury after putting their asses on the line.

Hopefully he is good to go and no cast or surgery is required. If he's out that is easily the biggest bummer of the Nationals this year.

I highly doubt James would give up fifty points due to a minor injury. It's obviously something more serious than that and will probably keep him out for awhile.

Man I hope not. This will get boring real fast. Dungey will win out. I hope it's minor and James guts it out. He can get those points back and I say this as a Dunge fan

I hope he can get out there too. However, I know the top athletes in our sport get up after a crash and finish the race, unless it's serious. I knew Reed in Dallas was serious, I knew Villopoto in Seattle was serious, and I think this one is serious as well. We will see how this plays out this following week.

Really sucks for James, hope it isn't too serious. The guy seems to have gotten his head on straight, and we as fans were in for a great summer of racing. Looks like this MX class is going to play out like SX. Hoping for the best, would really have loved to see these two duke it out all season.

As last season proved, it ain't over til its over. What's the difference, 34pts? Thats one DNF and a couple of heads-up wins. Anything can happen.

So it's his right scaphoid that he broke. I wonder if he broke it again when he put his hand out to soften the fall (ie not when he got hit by the bike). That would suck. Lets hope it's not an aggravated scaphoid injury from where his pin is.

No matter if you like Stewart or not, it is amazing that people laugh at this. Simple fact is without Stewart, every single race is not as exciting as it could be. James brings another level no matter what brand he was on. Hell even the haters need someone to hate. I'm a fan and hang my Stewart jersey proud in my garage 365 days a year. He races and love or hate we all are going to be missing that. Get well James. See you out there (hopefully) very soon!

I have to admit I am not much of a JS7 fan, but after his Yamaha debacle, I have been impressed with his change of attitude and and seemingly maturity. And I am certainly enjoying the racing with him back. Get well soon.
