I'm certainly not an expert, but you can fit three full-size motocross bikes, small toolbox, gear, and gas cans, in a regular length Ford E150 van, if you back one bike in the center. Be sure and mount the bench seat close to the front seats.

I would focus more on a Calisthenic based program and work on mobility. Body weight is your best friend. This will keep the blood flowing to the muscles and maintain the muscles mass you already have. The mobility work will keep you limber and once you have recovered you will be setup to attack a harder program. I would stay away from straining the body to much right now until you are on the backside of the recovery. Good luck and keep us updated on your progress.
