Wouterb Added a reply to Arm pump relief that works finally

If you do not have the option to ride a lot, something like a Concept 2 rowing machine could be your enemy (during training) and your best friend during riding. Two or three times a week a session of 40 minutes and I hardly ever have arm pump. Only minimal after winter stop, but not at all during rinding season.

Last year he has broken some ribs and raced with it, so didn’t miss a gp because of it. It really is a shame he is so prone to injuries.

I'm also 6’1”, more or less beginner level, a bit heavier (180 lbs) and realy like the YZ250F (2019). Great power where you need it (low to mid) and adjustable (power tuner app) and great consistent suspension. I only the stock seat with a higher and firmer seat. Not to increase the seat height, but to reduce the 'pocket' the...

So the US riders have run SX, Outdoors, MXon, MEC and the WSX? The GPs also start earlier and earlier with more competitions and more travel. The body can not handle that at all, then they are burned out in no time. Please stop with this nonsense there is a top sx event, go pay decent fees in the GPs so that the starting gates are full again, also at overseas GPs, there is no GP in Oceania, in Africa no GP, in South America only 1 GP.

I think I speak for 95% of Vital when I say I'll just take my POS box with 30yr old mix-match of Craftsman, Harbor Freight, homemade, and Amazon tools and go hide in the corner.

We Can , and always Should complain about that utter, utter b**tard. Evil The Racing level, is down to the Riders, and Teams. They are the ones that make the sport great.

She's literally one of the fastest 85cc riders in Europe. She has been one of the fastest riders in Europe in all the small classes. Why in the world wouldn't she aim and dream of a career in MX2?

From something that worked really good, to a more expansive piece of shit… Till last year you could replay the races one minute after they were finished, now you have to wait for hours and then the resolution sucks. So annoyed with their service! Really need to improve to keep me as a customer….

Cross jumping is not defending your postion, those are life-threatening moves that don't belong on a motocross track. And if you don't understand that, you have nothing to look for on a mx track.
