9/28/2019 4:56am ive tried being patient but ive tried everything, and MXGP-tv was no help, they said use my old email, when I tried using that email it did the same thing, so I tried re-setting the password with that email, and it said it doesn't recognize that email. Fantastic.

Did you finally get it figured out? That happened to me the first race Villopoto raced the GP’s and I was ready to smash my computer!! Lol

9/27/2019 9:34pm I reset my password 3 different times, no luck. I contacted them and they never responded, It is so annoying, I just want to watch motocross of nations. I even tried creating a new account but I cant use my email because its already linked to my current account.

9/27/2019 7:56pm I am unable to purchase the package. I am able to log into my account but when at check out I use the same account info and it says my username and password is incorrect. Ive tried on safari, google chrome, and on my cell phone. Any suggestions?

No, you are not out of line for expecting to get a fully functioning bike for the money you spent. But, sometimes a manufactured vehicle isn’t 100% when new. It sucks, but you’ll just have to take step back and accept it. The dealer didn’t create any of the issues, imho. As mentioned above, motorcycle dealers cannot be trusted to race prep a new bike. None do so your shop is typical. Lemmon laws only apply when a car has repeatedly been taken to a dealer and spent excessive time trying to get the same problem corrected. You have a...

5/30/2019 1:52pm Never said they were going to reimburse me for travel/ time off work. Which is why I was wondering if anyone else had these issues ever, and there was ways around me taking it in to the dealer. As far as leaving it at the dealer, that might be my only option, with that being said I would enjoy racing/riding...

Lol there would be a lot of different tunes being sung in anyone else on this thread was the OP. I’d be pissed as hell and rightfully so, the PITA factor is worse than the mo way in this case, that’s a lot of driving and time off work for stuff that should have been checked in the first place.

in 85 I bought a brand new wicked pissa water cooled kx 500 from a dealer it seized in less than one hour I took it apart and told the dealer they had me bring it in he told me he would give me gaskets and a piston kit but I had to buy the cylinder for dealer cost, I was ok with that and I bought many more bikes from that guy

I picked up my '18 KTM 150 XC-W "brand-new". Upon getting home, it ran like crap. I found clogged pilot and main jets, white junk in the carb, black junk in the carb which came from a degraded fuel line, sand in the air box (but not in the boot, so it probably just blew in from being outside in the day. Worse, I found 2 hours on the odometer, which I'm hoping came from just riding it in and out for 2 years. The air filter oil was dry and pooled. Aside from THOSE things, which I fixed myself...

The 19 was my first new bike and all I’ve ever heard was new bikes don’t come oiled or anything so I pulled the air filter and checked bearings and sure enough it was all drier than a popcorn fart. As for the muffler I changed mine after 20 minutes because it’s so dang ugly and I’ve never even used the launch control but I’ll have to check it this weekend!

According to GoogleMaps there's quite a few. Closest shows 32 minutes from the center of your city, with many others not much further. So maybe GoogleMaps is wrong. I'm not sure. I just did a bit of research. Call Kawasaki and they will tell you if you can or can't take it to another dealer.

5/30/2019 10:41am They're not many Kawi dealers by my city, closest one is about 40 minutes away, and I did not know I could take it to any Kawi dealer, I assumed it had to be the one that I bought it from.
