WhiskeyRiver Added a reply to Daniel Blair: The Whole Truth (updated with YouTube link)

Personally, I think this whole thing gets made out to be worse than it is. Ricky isn’t great, but honestly it is exactly the same as any other sport. Go listen to the ex racers announcing nascar. DB is better, but not as much as people make him out to be imo. James is imo by far the best guy...

WhiskeyRiver Added a reply to Roczen wanting more speed

2/23/2025 5:35pm

I’m sure Jamie could make that bike way “faster”, but that doesn’t necessarily equal speed. Kenny was just being honest, as a whole package they are a couple tenths off. Listening to him in the press conference it sounds like he puts that on him, and maybe needing to just fine tune the bike a very little bit. I don’t...

It’s weird watching someone who looks that comfortable and in control, but knowing they are going to wreck.

Fuck it, in sayin’ it. If Roczen wins the overall tonight, I’m FULLY in on him winning the championship.

It would be quite ironic if Kenny is the only one who pulls off staying healthy.

Just to clarify, Kenny had the red plate while all the guys you mentioned were still racing.

Kenny choking was when he completely gave up the inside and then got dropped by 10 seconds in the last two laps. This is Kenny fighting through the end and a Webb that is just a tiny bit better and more efficient specially through corners. I think what he is doing on that bike so far is amazing and I couldn't be more proud as a fan. Also I'm kinda sick of people calling Webb slow and only acknowledging his "mental toughness", dude is a freaking animal on a SX track. He has been in the title fight constantly since...
