Ouch.. no bueno. Is the ACL the injury with the longest recovery/healing time? Are the Nats out of the question for Chad?.

VOODOO27 Added a reply to MXoN and the MX GP returns to Maggiora!!!

2/6/2012 11:37am
I got that. Thanks, Alex. I've wondered why they make their announcement, then announce another location, also... like their first one (or two) never happened. In the Thunder Valley video it sounds like he's saying the 2015 site is set. Maybe it's a sales game that Loungo plays to get the tracks to bid against each other, before really awarding it...

VOODOO27 Added a reply to MXoN and the MX GP returns to Maggiora!!!

2/6/2012 11:10am
Sorry, Alex, not sure what you mean by 'brought forward'. In '08 they announced St Jean for 2011 (which happened) and 2015, so the 2015 date wasn't brought forward, as they announced both years, at the same press conference. The 2013 Thunder Valley announcement was made they weekend of the 2010 MXdN, that was being held in Thunder Valley... so...

Is this pretty much the current MXdN schedule through twenty-sixteen, or has something changed again? 2012 - Lommel, Belgium 2013 - Teutschenthal, Germany 2014 - Kegums, Latvia 2015 - St. Jean d’Angely,France 2016 - Maggiora, Italy

1/27/2012 10:49am
For those of you with Saint Jean MXGP experience...Where do you guys recommend staying? A hotel in St. Jean? Outside of St.Jean? Camping at the track? I just started looking into booking my trip for the race and my wife just told me she wants to stay in Paris for the weekend, while I'm at the raceSmile I won a...

VOODOO27 Started a new thread The Ghost of Atlanta... will it haunt him?

1/27/2012 2:02am
If Stewart loses the championship by less than 5 points will it magnify his mistake to not focus on finishing that race and blocking Chad, giving away 5 points that race for a non racing incident? It will in essence be his own fault for not winning it all. That said, I would love to see him take it in...

VOODOO27 Started a new thread The essence of the competition in motocross?

1/25/2012 8:34pm
Is this the kind of spirit of competition we get to see race in race out in supercross/motocross? We enjoy a sport where the drive to win by the best racers in motocross, at times, will not be deterred by a setback like crashing or racing with a major injury, that would put 99.9% of us on the couch for...

VOODOO27 Started a new thread Best way to hit up Daytona/Toronto...

1/24/2012 4:26pm
I'm working out my itineraries for next year's SX series, and wanted to get some tips for the 'hot lines' on attending these two races, for those that have been there and done that with 'em. Best airports, hotels, sections for spectating, etc. any info would be appreciated. I'm thinking it'd be cheaper to fly into Buffalo, and drive across...

1/24/2012 11:10am
My buddy can't make it to the race so I have a reservation for a second room with 2 queens for $199 a night, (3 nights, Fri-Mon) at the Comfort Suites (3.8 miles from the track) that I can't use. Let me know if you're interested in taking the room from me.

VOODOO27 Added a reply to 1 piece tuff blocks

1/23/2012 5:48am
Make them full wraps with a zipper to secure them to the 'block'. They can make the bottoms have a no-slide finish and dirt colored. So, the track workers don't put them back on the edge of the track upside down or side ways, pissing the sponsors off Smile It can't be that hard to quickly come up with a...

VOODOO27 Started a new thread ....2010 MXdN Drawing for 2011 MXGP Pit Row Passes

1/13/2012 7:33pm
Did any of you guys that had the VIP passes for last year's MXdN and dealt with the autograph drama, and poor viewing issue, get an email from Youthstream notifying you were a winner of a paddock/pit row passes for any MXGP this year, or was I really a legitimate winner? I'm requesting passes for the MXdN at St. Jean...
