Here’s version 1.0. I’ll test it this week. Looks a little industrial but I’m more worried about function.

It's not a bolt, at least not on the '26. It's the small side number plate extension that bolts to the subframe.

It’s not the bolt. It’s the edge of the actual side panel. When you’re riding on the balls of your feet & drop your heels a bit up the face, the top edge of the boot hooks under the horizontal edge of the side panel near the rear shock reservoir.

There is a guy here on Vital that 3D prints stuff and has asked if anyone has good ideas for things to 3D print. This would seem to be the niche product that he is looking for! I don't remember who he is...

It happens to me occasionally on my ‘25 YZ250f, especially when leaving the face of a jump. For some reason it’s always the left side. It always causes a moment of panic when I can’t move my foot, but I’ve learned to recognize it & unhook my boot. I wear Gaerne SG-12s for what it’s worth. I’d love to hear if there is a good solution for this issue…

I have a 2026 yz450. I wear size 11 Fox Instincts and I’m having this problem as well. When hitting the face of a jump my boots are hooking and locking in. I tried works connection 5mm down and back pegs but it didn’t help at all they actually might have made it worse. I need a solution!

Just started riding my new 2026 YZ450F. Having trouble with top of my boot hooking under the little black extension piece on the left side panel when I try and move my foot forward to shift. Anyone else having this issue? Know of a solution? The Google makes it seem like I’m the only guy having this problem.

Hey guys. I’ve also heard from a couple people through email that their TF-450s are going into neutral. If you can email me the exact problems and maybe I can see what’s up and possibly help. I can’t guarantee anything but I at least can try. Doesn’t hurt to at least give er’ a try. It’s not my job but happy to help if I can. You can email me through my website.

I'm a 220 B rider too and have used Factory Connection and Enzo for my past bikes. This this stock 19 with .52 fork spring and 5.9 shock spring is the best suspension I've ever ridden. Kawi definitely under sprung the bike, but they knocked the valving out of the park in my opinion.

For what it’s worth, I would do this. Buy the proper springs now & put them in yourself, change fluid (I’ve heard they come with little oil or “break-in” fluid anyways) & then ride. You’ll have to buy the springs eventually anyways. Once you’ve ridden enough with the right springs and the chassis properly balanced, note what you’d like the suspension to improve on Pass that info along to the suspension tuner. I would also do it with a company in your region, so they have good experience at the tracks you are riding or racing. You may be impressed...

Get the ARC lever with the “Quickflip.” It allows you to change the engagement point. You can also adjust the lever out in conjunction with the flipchip. Excellent way to get a perfect feel. I have this setup and its good

after taking the stickers off i took the entire thing part, put it back right and greased everything. Dealer did a pretty terrible job lol. My favorite was the air filter oil, they put about a table spoon full right on the top and didnt bother to try and work it in.

Just curious if anyone out there with the 2019 KX450 has sent their suspension out to be sprung or valved? I usually go Factory Connection but I know that this bike is pretty new and not everyone has good settings for it yet. I know that the stock setup is great but i'm a 220lb intermediate rider so stock is...
