If it's oem, its Chrome -moly, right? Then it should be cold bent, if i remember right.. Maby put them in a wise and use a tube that goes over the bar end?

4/2/2016 1:50pm Maby try gasoline? That Usually ruins paint on plastic tanks. I had a little paint on my tank, took it away with sodablaster, left a matte finish but i was going to sand and polish anyway

3/15/2016 9:24am I have a 79 Red rocket with what i think is original seatcover, but its torn.. Is there any particular value in it, if it can be repaired? Otherwise i will just replace it.

3/12/2016 11:31pm I just bougt the bike, and i will ride it. I have a new seatcover for the -80 that i can use, but i want to make sure i dont do anything stupid by replace the original. Cant undo a restortion.. Maby get another seat and put this one on the shelf?

1/19/2016 10:53am I have a couple sets of front springs, but I don't know what rate they are. Does anyone know a way to test them? Thought of using a bathroom scale, compress the spring 20mm and se which one is hardest.. some one tried this?
