You can live with your head in the clouds all you want, but the reality is you'd lose teams because they can't justify the price of racing both coasts. You'd then cut the 250 teams that want to stay in half because they no longer need riders for both coasts, so instead of PC having 6 riders they'd have 3...

You get rid of jobs. Factory teams have stated in the past if they only have one class to support, they're still only supporting two riders or however many they support now. Anyone not interested in racing an entire series quits and what have we gained?

I feel like if your wife can't figure out the class structure within 2 or 3 years you might think about trading her in for a new one because their are much harder problems in life and she's not equipped to handle them.

How long is the supercross broadcast? You need to be able to fill that time with enough racing to keep fans interested and not ripped off while also maintaining some type of health for the racers. You can't have the 450 guys racing for 3 hours and 30 minutes and expect them to stay healthy for 16 rounds of SX...

Yep, for a single race on one channel. That does not include pre-race broadcast, practice, qualifying etc etc etc. What would two races like that run you? That's why it's split between multiple days for the two races.

That's only because the races last all day. If the race only lasted 20 laps then most likely they have them on the same day.

The same guy who takes pride in not watching any of the races on his DVR is making the argument to eliminate jobs and classes from the sport. Maybe it's time he find a new sport and board to bother.

How can you not understand the top supercross racer in the world comes from the 450 class series? The other problem can never be fixed because both promoters like making money, but those two come from the 450 class as well.

Nobody is confused who the real champion is in baseball because two or three guys playing triple A can hit and throw as fast/well as the top level pros. I don't think your serious or a real person. The 450 champ is the top dog in the sport and the other champion is being developed to hopefully be that one...

How does it hold the sport back? Without it you only have about 10-15 guys with jobs in the 450 class, and eliminate teams like TLD from ever entering the sport because they can only justify the cost of doing one coast as an entry level team. He did race with RC and crew, and everyone said he moved up to early..... The idea of getting rid of the development class eliminates jobs, teams and overall money coming in to the sport.
