I installed the Hinson clutch per instruction. I'm assuming that it included the additional plate?

This is an old post but I'm looking for the same answer. OEM basket/PP, new Hinson fiber, steel and Springs, clutch adjust to place in gear but when on a stand, the wheel spins at high rpms with the clutch pulled in. I've adjusted levers to get max pull and nothing helps. Any thoughts? I did remove the 2 rings...
