9/1/2022 10:04am Bodyweight Hanging Wrist curls into plate holds (referred to as a superset) Grip trainers are alright Dumbbell/cable hand contraction (let it hang low in your fingers and then make a fist - mimics bar gripping) Rowing (like a concept 2) Rack Pulls Shoulder width barbell row Any of these workouts but you're going to want to generally slow the repetitions down, while increase the total number of repetitions and sets. This will mimic riding. I like this dude, he's helpful. For example, do these workouts on a lighter weight, in quick succession, 5 sets of 30-40 repetition range. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/EZToURVsCnw https://www.youtube.com/shorts/gKmfiIDuHLo...

8/31/2022 5:05pm RG3 for years, in fact I just got off the phone with Rob who is fixing up the suspension on my Rmz 450. Never had anything but good with them and the simple fact that the owner answers the phone and chats with his clients is nice.

chasetwo79 Liked a reply to forum topic Chad Reed Comments about the New '23 KTMs in Supercross Whoops | Musquin and Plessinger Fire Back
8/30/2022 11:05am First off, he’s clearly promoting the brand he rides and gets sponsored by even if it is indirectly through a dealership. That’s just smart business and you’d think two KTM factory riders would be smart enough to shut up when someone else is praising the brand that they get paid generously to ride for. Second, Chad didn’t get slower because of his whoop speed. He drastically slowed his charge through rhythms and his corner speed in his later years. He blasted a set of race whoops on a YZ 250 and he smoked them.

8/28/2022 10:45am I have long wanted a TM and after watching the videos, guarantee that my next bike will be TM. In fact, I might open a shop and start selling them. If you love motorcycles, how could you not want one of these!? Thanks for posting OP!

8/28/2022 7:55am Can we stop calling it "fossil fuels" and call it petroleum? Are people really so brain dead to think that the oil and gas on this planet is from dead dino's and plants? Have you ever dug up something that was buried in the backyard, hopefully not your ex, and found a pool of oil? Oil and gas are abiotic...

8/28/2022 7:44am They want everything on the grid, your car your vehicles your knife your toilet your fridge so they can monitor and measure your "carbon footprint". Pair that with putting everything on digital formats and a cashless system. That's what they want, it's up to us to stop it.

8/28/2022 7:43am Serious question, not being snarky. Have you ever thought that the feeling you get in the city is not from cars? For examples, humans are shown to have elevated stress in industrialized settings. Also, the removal of local greenery must cause some decrease in oxygen density, and cities are dirty. Simply put, they're gross, dusty, and stale. I really have to think this can't be exclusively a product of cars and buses.

8/26/2022 4:26pm Common sense, really? Clearly this is about a political agenda and that agenda is designed to destroy America as we know it.

8/25/2022 12:46pm I may be partial, since I own 1% of all the 2018 TM bikes in the US (I have 2 of them lol), but this video series of the TM factory walkthrough in Italy sure shows something special. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0AEu7H-s5s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KxP_RQnEa6Q https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cphzmp6GaJk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hltOPNBU8dY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ulLZgUF2Vc

8/25/2022 11:57am It's a good idea but it's California and they will get you somehow...especially in OC. I would do heavy research on insurance policies and liability. It might be better to do it just outside the OC county lines. But if in OC, I would go the Country Club Moto Club route. High end customers who pay a nice membership for a nice place and if you can find a large enough space, then bike lockers would be cool. For example, for the OC executive type they would show up on a Friday after lunch and you would have their bike...

8/25/2022 7:40am This is a great analogy, and actually skiing is the most similar in physical motion to mx. Still upper body, head pushed over tips of ski, use legs to absorb bumps, all the turning done in lower part of legs and with weight on outside ski.

8/24/2022 7:50am No they aren't, the exception being a facility like Glen Helen. The model simply isn't a sustainable one and so people open tracks out of passion for the sport which gets eaten up by the money pit. 8/23/2022 7:09am Tommy is a great guy and an FMX OG. He came out and did my Big Air Kid's Fair at least a half dozen times. He, Tilton and Renner always put on a great show for the kids, then spent the afternoon visiting every patient, handing out swag and signing autographs. Love that guy! BTW, 2022 Big Air Kid's Fair is coming up on September 14 at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital. 11 am and free to the public.
