No. Because i don't want to change the fundamentals around the ruling and racing in SX. If you want that move to be an offence that warrants a position penalty you change everything and at the same time open up a grey zone that will be a nightmare. Do we really want to have the guys at AMA/FIM (we all know how useless they can be in these situations from time to time) judging what is an ok move and what is not ok? That is a recipe for disaster and more controversy. You will also basically eliminate the LCQ...

3/31/2019 7:36pm JT steely on my 450 with an RK Uw ring chain, 35 hours on it now and I think I’ve only adjusted it three times? Chain is exspensive but sprockets are cheap but that’s what I have had the best luck with

This fits in well with what I read in an interview with one of Honda Britain's higher ups, last year. A fellow that had a fair bit to do with the Mugen Shinden / Shingen (?) IOM racer. He said it (the tech) would be used in Dirt Bikes well before Road (other than City / Commuter bikes). And, he suggested it was only about 2 years away - the interview was in a mid last year issue of Performance Bikes, if I recall correctly. Losing the Rad Shrouds? Highly doubtful, as E Batteries / Motors still generate a lot...
