Engine will die if you hold the clutch in with the transmission in gear after about 45 seconds. It's like it tries to engage. No leaks that I can see and the reservoir does not get low on fluid. I have bled led the system but it doesn't seem to help.

Anyone know might what might be causing this on a 2014 KTM 450 xcf? Was wondering if the brake caliper and/or bracket Mount wear is the culprit? Brakes seem to lock up too easy without much progressive feel. I do have an aluminum SRT brake disc protector/caliper holder bracket installed instead of the stock one. Zoom in on the picture and you'll notice some elastic over-the-knee cups. I did this to prevent my race pants from sometimes getting caught in between the knee cup and the frame of the brace. Had an 06 Honda 450 that was stuck in 4th gear after the chain derailed and smacked the shifter. Ended up being a cracked/stretched shift shaft. Cheap easy fix.

Safford191 Started a new thread 2014 ktm450xcf tank too fat for knee brace

Anybody know if switching to the 450 SX tank would help this problem? Seems worse on the left side since it hangs lower. Mobius knee braces are great but they are somewhat cumbersome. Wondering if Slimmer tank would give a better feel? Anybody have one for sale? Losing the extra capacity wouldn't matter to me.
