New bike, little confused on what oil I should get for when I change it. What is everyone running? What weight? What brand? I used the search first and couldn't find a straight answer

that was a great interview! a lot of insight about the neck brace debate and the fact that keeping your body in shape is just as important as protective gear in preventing injury.

Obviously it was a bit unprofessional, but how many millions of people watched it on Facebook today and will tune in next week that might not have. Good or bad it was a lot of publicity for the sport.

another good option is camping at campsites in rural areas instead of motels in the cities, its cheaper, less people that will see your bike, most people camping are just families and elderly couples, and that way you can lock up your bike right next to where you're sleeping so you'll hear if anyone is messing with it. camping also...

Cycle country triple got mellowed out in 2010 during the devol series. I've jumped it backwards as a step up before it was shortened and that is the funnest jump I've ever hit. Here's a pic of me going the regular direction

Make sure your carrying momentum. Get your braking done while your still standing. point your outside elbow up. Get your inside leg as high as possible to avoid snagging it. Look out of the turn ahead of you. your entry should be a standing position leaned back with your legs bent to absorb the braking bumps. You kind of jump...
