Red Bull MX Gear?

Edited Date/Time 6/13/2015 5:21pm
Seems like a simple search, but I can't find anyone selling Red Bull replica helmets like RD5 (Fox) or MM25 (Airoh)--are they not licensing them for sale to the public, or are they available in Europe? I'm not fast enough for one, but my kids are, and I know they have to shave 2-3 seconds off per lap just because they look so damn cool!

Oh, here's a link to their site http://www.kini-rb.ca/kini/products/mx-gear/ . They make a lot of stuff. Don't know if they're owned by Red Bull or not. I know people who race in their gear and are very pleased with the quality. Not sure about the helmets.

I had actually planned a trip to Houston this weekend but ended up in Spain instead. Cheap beer and great weather here too. Will be over there sooner than later.

Anything with a Red Bull logo on can't be bought by the public. Accept for certain 'editions' like the Kini gear for example, those you can buy. The actual athlete's replica's are not for sale. You technically can't even buy Red Bull decals for your bike and since the logo is copyrighted they are not allowed to be printed either.

The Kini clothing/gear line is a co-operation between Heinz Kinigadner(Austrian) and Red Bull(Austrian) to support Wings for Life. A chuck of the profits go to the foundation. Red Bull only ties itself to people and/or company's that they seem worthy to represent the brand.

One of our local helmet painters got a cease and decist order from RedBull over a Helmet he was painting for Travis Pastrana. One of them posted a pic of the roughdraft outline on the helmet, the next day he got the email. You have to be an approved vendor or artist to replicate the logo. Even if it is for a RedBull athlete. How jacked up is that?!

Wow! Had no idea, thanks for all the info! Some of the Kini stuff looks pretty sweet, though, so it'll have to do!
