They seriously couldn't afford to put the camera on a tripod for this? The camera shaking is driving me nuts!

^ THIS! Listen kid, it's probably not a good idea to go fishing for medical advice from a pack of dudes sitting in front of a computer in their underwear. Be patient young Jedi and let your body heal. You have the rest of your life to ride! Assuming nobody is paying you millions to win races.....

Breathe of fresh air on the SX broadcast to hear Ricky inject his opinion. Reminded me of the real Ricky Carmichael for a moment there!

People are angry because its a stupid rule and makes no sense! What ever points you receive is the position you should finish in! So a rule breaker goes down in history as a race winner!

Purse should be donated to the medic crew for endangering them and the downed rider.

I’m fine with them following the rules if that’s the way it has been interpreted (points and purse but no loss of position) BUT the rule needs to be changed going forward.

Mad because of 1) ignorance of the rules and thinking penalty was arbitrary by AMA 2) don’t like the rule because it was too easy or too harsh 3) my guy didn’t benefit enough So the usual. I would have like the penalty to have been more swift and on TV / NBC Gold. Since it directly followed the rules and they had almost the whole race to decide that would seem doable.

I’d rather see him lose the win. Kenny should have that win. The rule is ridiculous. Joey Savatgy, Cole Seely and other potential race winners out of the championship fight can now completely disregard Red Cross flags if they’re leading the race because points mean absolutely nothing to them.

What if a rider who doesn’t care about points and only rides for bonuses sees the Red Cross flag next weekend, and says “F it” and makes a pass for the lead and goes “Yew I just won another $100k!” Rule needs to be changed to loss of position.

During the press conference, we didn't know what (or if) the penalty would be for Marvin jumping on the red cross flag. But Marvin knew he did it, and like everyone else, was waiting to hear what the penalty would be. You can check out the video where he talks about it here. https://www.vitalmx.com/videos/features/Marvin-Musquin-I-did-slow-down-… Of course, we now know that he got penalized according to the 2019 Supercross rule book. You can get your own here. http://www.amasupercross.com/rules/pdf/2019/2019%20AMA%20Supercross%20R…
I'm not sure why people are so angry. This is consistent with the penalty that Jeremy Martin got last year. Yes, it's...

He's realistically out of the championship now, he needs to just work on building his stamina and mental toughness. He'll be fine...give him time. Dude's comeback is more than anyone expected already, he's a warrior.

How could you disagree? What KTM has been able to accomplish across the globe in the past ten years or so is nothing short of amazing. DeCoster gets a lot of praise (as he should) but clearly there is a lot of knowledgeable people all throughout that company.

Whether it did, or whether it didn't, how do you explain someone won? I mean, the track was as bad for the losers as it was the winners, right?
