Here is the reality. Eli was only slightly faster than RD moto 1 Hangtown. RD backed off late in that moto. Moto 2 RD early in the race decided to settle for 2nd on a dangerous track which he never wins at. Look at all the bad injuries that happened to top riders... RD is the smartest rider out there...
