I’ve been coming to Lommel for a few years now, and I’ve seen the amazing speed of Lucas and Kay in person, but the total domination I saw from Herlings Sunday was nothing short of incredible. His bike broke during Saturday qualifying twice, but he still managed fast time and a win despite the problems. His Sunday performance in the motos was Jett Lawrence x2- no active rider on this earth would have gotten near him, Lawrence’s or Coenen or Prado or even Tomac in his prime. Really? I think it's quite boring so far. Expected much more of it.

It's not the venue he has a problem with, it's the timing schedule with the sun being so low at the hours they are supposed to race qualifying on Saturday and second race on Sunday. He had a talk with David Luongo and Luongo promised to alter the schedule to provide more safety for the riders, which he actually did. So everything is fine now.

Herlings is not so happy about the venue...
