6/25/2023 5:05pm Go with Vertex, even though they make OEM KTM at this moment they are not the same. Vertex has shortened the intake skirt on the piston 2 mm as there has been some interference issues between the crank and the piston skirt. Most of the KTM ones out there still have a longer skirt currently most of the Vertex pistons...

6/24/2023 3:46am I now have about 2hr on the updated mapping and it’s an improvement for sure. Cold start, idle, and low to mid rpm feel much cleaner. I am referring to the 001 Map (I believe is the #) that came out June 13th.

No evidence on mine, I’ve inspected the piston and borescope the piston/crank with the cyl on to check clearances and all looks well. I question if KTM was short on parts at some point and tossed some stuff in certain production runs that...

3/14/2023 11:07am Light speed makes one that works with all hubs as it mounts to the fork. Also Dubya can machine a spacer to get the Acerbis to fit. just an update. I ordered a lightspeed.

3/13/2023 8:39am Let’s revisit this, I have the same issue now on my 23 KTM. Just put new wheels on and my Acerbis disc guard adapter won’t fit with my Hann hubs. Anyone have this issue?

2/21/2023 6:01pm Nope. As expected, direct swap. I even reused my gaskets and head bolt copper gaskets as I know I’ll be removing it again for chamber testing. I’ve suggested some mild changes as for logo placement etc to fit the KTM wire harness. ( basically the wire harness blocks the logo) but all else has been fine.

Doing fit testing and naturally putting it through the paces to ensure a quality product.
