Well, I have been flagging for 7 years in Supercross and have never been paid a dime. We get 4 tickets, that's it. That said, I have never flagged for motocross so it could be different.

How can you blame a flagger? They don't even get paid!! I wouldn't risk getting injured to step out in front of the whole pack, especially when there is no pay and no insurance.
