Good old Lockhart stadium. Many a Saturday night I raced there. Some times we had a split gate between the 80cc A & B class and I got lapped by Ferry every time. Somehow Pete Scalzo, race promoter and the guy interviewing Ferry and calling the action, got the races filmed and aired on the local cable access channel. My dad got in touch with the cable company and bought a VHS copy of the the tape that these clips came from and I must have watched it 10,000 times. One of my races was on that tape and when...

Yeah I'm usually late to the party and never did get around to reading this book by the King. Probably just the fact I don't read books, just motorcycle mags hahaha 
Anyway I found a copy at the used bookstore, it's a great read and keeps me interested.

I don’t really understand people who feel the need to crap on any of the off-season races. I can’t help, but wonder about the motivation behind it. If you don’t wanna watch that’s fine, but to publicly crap on any opportunity to see these amazing athletes go out, and give it their all??? I feel like we had some awesome racing at all 3 of the bigger events this year. I have a feeling some of these people who feel the need to crap on any of these races will turn around, and be the first to mock the companies...

Honestly I couldn’t feel more opposite about it. Last year when Tomac went 3/3, it was a snore....yea ET3 chasing savatgy for the last Moto was rad, but that was it.... This year, 3 Moto winners, 3 people going in tied with 4 points for the last race. Honestly what more are you looking for out of a night of racing?

If somebody wants to pay him to do that then what does it matter? So far he has been able to find people to foot the bill for him for the most part. Whether that's because of his results or other reasons why does it matter? Nobody is claiming Brayton should just give it up, or that Windham should've given it up. Why does Chad racing seem to irritate so many people? He's not at the level he used to be, but he's certainly not a pushover by any means. And he did podium this year so there is that...

When you win Anaheim 1 you generally have performed well enough to get a ride the following year. Who else should have that ride in your opinion? But everyone has a short memory i guess. Maybe he needs to throw up a couple of instabangers and get the "flying at the test track" talk happening.
