I was in the Air Force and stationed in Germany from 1984 - 1986. I was in my late 20s. In 85 I drove down to Belgium for the 500GP at the famous Namur circuit. I drove down by myself on a Friday. It was about 4 hours from where I lived in central Germany. I got there right at dark. No google maps back then. I didn't know exactly where the track was but I knew I was close. 61 to 70, not much left? No way! It should be changed to "Just living our best life." I'm 69, active and very fit. Not real fast anymore but having a blast riding with buddies. Age is overrated anyway.

As a Belgian, having in both classes somebody from my country top the timing tables so far is unreal to see ... hope they keep it up! None the less it's awesome to have a whole bunch of international guys competing this weekend!
