He is not the only rider to have a few months off and do well. Reynard was off for months, raced a hot and muggy Millville and went 1-1, with a blown acl.

I would say it's the riders not entirely the bike and program. Plessenger in my opinion is one of the "lower" elite talent to win a 250 SX title.
