You guys 100% need to decrease the number of classes. IMO 50,65,sw85,bw85,supermini,250,450,vet is all you really need. Average 3x15min motos per class.

I know of one OEM that puts every 4 stroke Mx bike off the line on a roller and runs through the gears. Then, within 30 seconds of initial startup, they bounce it off the limiter a few times. Take off a few items, bolt it to a crate and off to a dealer. Your break-in procedure is more than adequate.

It's pretty nuts how many restrictions there are on teams and riders without getting much back from the promoters and the broadcasters. Only GoPros, no selling merch, restrictions on vlogs and the list could probably be made longer. What do they get back that make it a fair deal for all parties involved? Not much. In a situation like this, everyone is a loser. The fans, the rider, the team, the sponsors.
