Prado took 7 races to podium in 450 SX , having never raced a 250. Tomac took 9 , having had a full 250 career first. Prado has won 28.5% of his heat races. And something i didnt realise, was that Roczen won his first ever Supercross on a 450, at A1. And the Kickstart on Kenny's 450 is probably the same one that was on the bike when it 'Daybooood' at A1 in 2005. But who was on it. ? And while Tomac has become the second rider to win on 4 brands, the KTM win is his first...

Never really was a fan when he was in Europe. In MX2 he was a level above the competition and in MXGP I was always rooting for Herlings (obviously) and Gajser. Anyways, he is one of the sports elite talents and got those world championships through hard work and dedication. Last year was a year to forget. I don't have hard feelings for him at all. I've seen a lot of hard emotions towards him, people calling him a quitter and even worse things, but the reality is that we don't exactly know all the details. It seems like he...

Considering he's one of the rare super talents in our sport. And considering his debut year in the US was a complete failure, I'm really curious to see what he'll bring this year. His talent is like that of Chad Reed and Ken Roczen, except he's a bit more of a softy when things go wrong. But make no mistake...
Herlings will adapt more quickly. He's the man who won motos with a broken ankle or shoulder blade. He's not easily fazed. His talent and willpower transcend that. Even the Honda's difference compared to the KTM. Besides, the KTM was always a bit wobbly under Herlings's control. The Honda can handle unique, fast riding styles better. At least that's what...

Pastrana could have dominated and been an all timer had he focused solely on racing. In my useless opinion, he's always been the biggest "what if" had he not gone to freestyle. Top 3 all time most talented guys to ever swing a leg over a bike

I 100% agree, but it was making the point that OP called out Prado for giving up, but if Sexton is as bad , and lets be honest, of all the people to jump on that bike, he is more likely to not get on with it than anyone, then it underlines what has been said about the bike and team for a long while, and if he does get on with it, then fair play, its what he needs. I want Prado and Sexton to be battling for wins, because it shows that they are both the riders we...

A different perspective on Prado's story. It was the heat and humidity that underperformed him. He also performed poorly in Europe when it was really hot. I think adapting to American weather conditions was the biggest factor. If no one wants to acknowledge that, not Prado and not Kawa, then you get lost egos in the wilderness of reproach. In...

Agreed. Rick Elzinga isn't a slouch either. He's had to deal with some illness. If he's fit again and aboard a 450... even if it's a Beta... then he's good for a top 10 half of the time.

Well, it was fun to watch. It was a competition between the powerhouse (Herlings) and the more Tai Chi practitioner (De Wolf). De Wolf leaves more to the bike, guiding it. Herlings imposes his absolute will on the bike, directing it as a ruler. On this track, the Husqvarna knew better what to do, and De Wolf took full advantage...
