Yeah, but this is not the correct comparison. Most of the people on this forum are vitards not professional sports announcers. RC should be better than them. The real comparison should be with others in the same line of work. For example Paul Malin. RC has had years and years in the booth and has not improved.

I was skeptical at first, but Deegan has won me over with his solid rides, wins, and attitude. This is clearly the year of the Aussies (congrats to Hunter and Jett), but Haiden will be a force to be reckoned with in the future. Hunter had troubles of his own, which he graciously handled, but seeing Haiden have bike issues while running so strong was really a bummer. He is really coming into his own, and I'm looking forward to seeing what he does in this last race and in 2024.

8/5/2023 6:07am I think he can qualify but I think he'll drop off the pace more than the guys in the top 20. You just don't have the muscular endurance and strength at 50+ that you did when you were younger. Hopefully he proves me wrong and pulls off a top 15! Top 5-10? No way, not gonna happen.

I like the idea of the Barcia we saw in SX this year, especially just before the injury. He was charging, hitting podiums, showing serious speed and determination. I'm a no on Webb, he just doesn't show the same speed outdoors as we used to see. Not sure what it is. And if Barcia isn't showing that speed in the next 2 nationals, Plessinger is our guy.

8/3/2023 9:15am The guys around 30th-36th in qualifying are typically about 10 seconds off the leaders lap times. Looking at yesterday's +40 moto Brown's fastest lap was about 5.5 seconds slower than Bennick. Bennick qualified 1st at RedBud but 16th at Southwick and Spring Creek. Not sure if that clarifies anything lol. I think Brown can qualify and run somewhere between 20-25th...

7/31/2023 6:38am The hexagon shaped rear sprocket is brilliant though. They say it smooths power delivery similar to an oval chainring on a mountain bike. Should see them on all the bikes in SX next season.
