1/21/2026 12:44pm Thinking we, a bunch of dudes on the internet, can figure out Chase and his ‘bike issues’ is a fools errand. He can’t sort it out inside his own head. He has truly brilliant rides and mind boggling mistakes. All on the same bike, and across multiple brands. My prediction is he will blow is away with beautiful smooth speed on a few occasions and leave us shaking our heads in disbelief on a few occasions. The only remaining question is how will the balance of these two sort out.

1/21/2026 12:41pm I usually agree with you on this forum but there is a lot of evidence that contradicts the claim that Kawi did everything they could last year (and years before). Go and listen to Lewis's interviews the last couple of weeks with Sexton. Sexton is on record saying that there hasn't been proper development of the bike for a couple of years (said this at A1) and now (SD post race podcast) he said he went with PC stuff that worked better and that PC are able to do more than factory Kawasaki. So finally it seems like Kawasaki has...

1/21/2026 12:39pm Sexton will undoubtedly win several races this year, assuming he doesn't get injured. The inconsistent results will remain, though. I would like to see him get a top 5 start alongside Tomac, Roczen, and H Law and see how it shakes out. I can't help but believe he's still the fastest guy in the class (aside from Jett), but it doesn't matter if he's going off track or jumping the gate like he has the first two rounds.

1/21/2026 12:36pm Isn’t using the whole PC suspension setup proof the Kawi 450 team has some fundamental issues? The 450 team never even looked at the PC setup? If Sexton wasn’t training buddies with Kitchen would he have even known the suspension was that different? Prado didn’t really know anyone at PC coming into last season. He probably assumed the 450 team knew everything the 250 team was doing.

1/21/2026 12:35pm I truly feel that Chase's main issue is his mindset. He looks like he's approaching everything with a fear of getting beat rather than believing in his talent, speed, and preparation and knowing that he is the guy to beat every time out there.

1/21/2026 12:31pm AC&JB Need the announcing gig. Both very articulate and a wealth of moto knowledge. JT$ trackside and some eye candy for the pit reporter. And stop with the bullshit story lines during the races. It’s not that hard.

1/21/2026 12:26pm I don’t mind RC at all. I’ve never understood all the freak out over him. I mean I didn’t forget the guy was a racer first, then wanted to do broadcasting. He’s come a long way from his 1st few times in the booth.

1/21/2026 12:25pm In 40 years of listening to announcers, I have to say they’ve all been great! I certainly have never had to turn off the volume, jeez. Larry Huffman is pretty hard to beat, even to this day imo. Art and David, Cameron Steele Ralph, Jeff Emig, Stew, Chad or Ricky, all fine with me. I enjoy the variety tbh. Rutledge Wood, maybe not so much lol To the Ricky thing, he’s just fine

1/21/2026 12:24pm When RC said "JT, you've spent a lot of time in these LCQs, what do you think?" I was shocked, I thought "Damn, Ricky, you have no shame." But JT didn't miss a lick, says "I had my mail forwarded to the LCQs" and I was dying laughing!! Great comeback! JT$ is the man to ask the tough questions. I hope he punched RC in the nads after the race, just for laughs!

1/21/2026 12:21pm I have never had a problem with RC in the booth. He’s a retired racer, he’s not perfect by any means , but he’s moto. I’d much rather have one of our own struggling a bit than a foreigner who went to broadcasting school.

1/21/2026 12:18pm Good question. I put Stewart and Tomac in the same premiere category. Both super scary fast. Under-performed on championships. Dungey is a notch ahead of them on championships alone. The guy delivered! And delivered, and delivered, and delivered. Webb is under Tomac and Bubba. Solid rider, but lacked the outdoor formula that Dungey had. Anderson and Roczen, good riders but not the same level as ET3 and JS7. Tomac and Stewart each had rides that were earthquakes, shocking the entire MX world. Among other moments, it was Hangtown 2015 for ET3, and the 2014 Toronto SX for Stewart. Thus, Ando...

1/21/2026 12:16pm Before Eli tore his Achilles in Denver, I had a crazy thought that he was fixing to go on a generational win/title run if he chose to stick around and that included overtaking MC’s win record. Then, the Lawrence brothers happened and Eli needed a while to recover to include the broke leg. I think tying or breaking the record is a stretch goal now at this point. The old guard refuses to understand a man in his early/mid 30’s is capable of being champion, especially with the advancement of recovery, nutrition, etc. Part of me believes the flack these...

1/21/2026 12:11pm Dirtbag Deegan won't ever learn. He was born into it, it's been groomed too deeply into him. He is cut from the same cloth as a man who had a reputation for being the same way - just not as fast. Dirtbag Deegan has been groomed since day one by his own father. As has already been said: "context matters - Max had laid up and was letting [dirtbag] deegs through and he still decided to take him down. It was unnecessary and stupid" But his name brings all the 'metal mulisha' fans to the yard - and they are...
