It goes without saying once again, I can tell your heart is in the right place. You’re absolutely right that just because a person dosen’t buy a bike, dosen’t mean the acquisition of a fan is a total loss. Let’s be honest, Fox probably sells their signature Fox Head tee 100:1 to their flex air gear. However, using social media as a medium of measure for advertisement allocation for a company is a shakey practice at best. As pointed out earlier, a good portion of that data can be fudged. IG announced just this week they are going to begin...

Where does a guy even begin with a response to your babbling, incoherent performance on Pulp Monday evening? Steve/Pulp, now Keefer... they put all other moto outlets to shame because of 2 simple things. 1) They put out original content. 2) They genuinely like and care about what they produce. Transworld and others get shit on all the time because you guys are a glorified "re-post" button.

Anton embarrassed himself. Transworld outta drug test that guy.

They are too busy worrying about what hashtags are trending rather than covering the actual racing side of things. My money will always go to those who support actual racing and testing media like Pulp and Keiffer, not people who chase glorified high fives on social media.

SCORE has liability insurance in place for these scenarios. She would file a claim with that insurer and go from there.

The whole “private only” thing only leads to problems down the road. Like I said I wish them well, but I have been involved in trying to open 6 different public facilities in California over the past 20 years. The ones that built a “test track” and moved dirt before they had a conditional use permit or approved plans through all applicable agencies were not successful because they are perceived to have tried to circumvent the permit process. And once a property has been red flagged it makes it difficult to come to fruition because the level of scrutiny becomes...

I contacted them a year ago about riding there and for me and my kid to ride there would have required hundreds of dollars a month subscription and a pretty clear email that they aren't interested in regular Joe's riding there.... oh well.

Funny when a private track calls on the public for help to save their facility. Shame, even if they do open the vast majority here aren't welcome.

"We cater to the professionals" *except for when we needed to submit for permits I'm still going to write to the commission and hope that it gets opened, but boy the irony in that statement lol

I saw him faceplant, roll, and the cases of the bike hit his face area. It looked like The cases were on his head with him face up.

Are you mad, the company died totally just a few months after the HD deal came apart. If it was Alta balking at the terms, and not HD's due diligence that ended the deal, they are more delusional than I can comprehend. The shame is that their cap table is clearly so bloated that they aren't even attractive as a purchase. For the consumer, the best hope is that they go bankrupt and Honda or someone picks up any tech or patents that help them make a CRF-E or whatever. Any new startup is bound to suffer the same fate...

American made doesn’t matter 2 strokes are simple enough I don’t like the stealth factor Company made of people who won’t survive because the company would never turn a profit ever Invest in racing lots of companies invest Most bikes are fun to ride Little maintenance is required on most bikes oil changes filters Most bikes can be set up to handle fine Tuneable. Reaching for something else to add Reasons I don’t want one 1.i like hearing engines Either in my muscle cars or my bikes both street and dirt 2. Price the Alta was way overpriced 3.maintenance isn’t...

And a $15,000.00 super mini e bike is going to make it more affordable? The Alta couldn’t survive at 15k and damn sure couldn’t at 10k. Hopefully someone pulls a rabbit out of the hat and brings it back with a plan to thrive. Lots of good performance and tech that could be applied to a lot of other forms of motorized transportation. Would probably make for a badass indoor kart racer. Four wheelers for the forest service, commercial mowers for state and city governments....make something they can sell a bunch of so that they can pursue their passion of...
