The Lawrence brothers are pretty respectful people. They do not talk crap on Deegan although they could. When Danger gets older he will realize the crap talking he does was not necessary. Danger turns off most hard core moto dudes over the age of 30 off with his crap talking. Why 30? Its called maturity.

Yeah because he isn't winning. You can't say "nobody is in my league" or "I'm on another level" when you're not winning. If he wins Washougal for example he will exactly say this: "It was just a matter of time, it's the Deegan show now, the haters can suck it". Then back to 3rd the next week and it's: "The boys out front are riding solid, good job". It's as scripted as it can be honestly. He rides great and he will win races in the future but his scripted fake persona is why people dislike him. And the bed...

I love all the “what if Deegan did that?! This place would melt down” “when Deegan wins, this place will melt down” comments. I think most of his critics just find him to be a douche bag. I can’t stand the guy but if he straight up wins a race, why would I “meltdown?” It’s just fun to poke back at the guy who keeps running his mouth and can’t back it up on the track. Full congratulations to him if he ever wins, it’s not going to bother me in the slightest. At least his comments would actually match...

Jett's margin of "victory" over Haiden is entirely dependent on Jett and how much of a gap he wants between them. Yes, it's like that.

If Jett had been pushing the entire moto, do you think he would've been able to drop his lap times from 2:08s to 2:05 on lap 14 and 16? Clear as day he settled into second early on. Even James on the broadcast said it wasn't even close and the first two were gone and are head and shoulders better than everyone else. He also mentioned Jett settled for second. That's not taking anything away from Deegan. He's riding well and having a great rookie season.

Not to mention Jett generally doesn’t let the rider behind him get closer than 3-4 seconds. They can turn it up all they want he will just match them and that seems to be what happened in moto 2 yesterday

are you talking the first moto or second moto....it's obvious the bros were on cruise in the second moto and were never in Danger. btw Jett had Deegs covered by nearly 5 seconds, not the 3 dangerboy claims. i could respect his skills if he wasn't such a D-bag.....hmmm.....D-bag Deegan has a proper ring to it

The gap in the first moto was over 20 seconds until Hunter dialed it back. That's +/- what it's been since the first round. Second moto, Jett was cruising around the majority of the race, and Hunter dialed it down. The gap didn't shrink as much as people want to believe. The data shows that.

Rooting for someone in a Deegan battle with Prado is like deciding if a Root Canal is better than a colonoscopy.

Requoting a line I read on here not long ago… Being within 2-3 seconds of Jett is the most useless metric in motocross.

People acting like Deegan was catching jett when Jett just turned it up and kept the gap right where he wanted it..... He's done this far too often for people to still be falling for this. Just like chase and others, let me know when someone catches AND passes him.

Jett just cruising around and then decides to do his fastest lap on lap 14. Edit: Again on lap 16.

Deegan has to start walking the walk, before his talking the talk starts making him look like a fool. It's one thing to talk smack and back it up, it's another to say "Jett keeps looking back, he knows I'm there" and then get dropped by 30 seconds.

If you’re a hack job go ahead and use air. Or do it the right way and use Nitrogen. Stop cutting corners. Hopefully if you’re using air it’s for your own shock and not someone else’s.

You can imagine what all the past legends of the sport think about Deegs childish behavior. Its embarrassing, I don't care if he is fast or not. I don't think any Factory outside of Yamaha would tolerate this behavior.
