Yeah this narrative that Jett is willingly giving Hunter a title is some tinfoil hat bullshit. These guys want to win. There is no such thing as too many wins or championships. Just as Jett was frustrated at Unadilla for taking the points lead from Hunter on a DNF, you think Hunter would take pride in having his little brother GIVE him a championship? Good god the koolaid in this forum is potent lately.

Everyone forgets that Jett went into blackout mode to rip the SMX title away from Hunter on the last lap of the race last year in Vegas, so Jett is always racing for titles. This year won't be any different. If Hunter wins it, it will be because he earned it, not because Jett lets him have it.

Harrison couldn't have gone any wider and that's a very tight section of the track.

Somewhat in Harrisons defense, he is usually one of the last guys lapped in a race so he is still trying to catch up and get the guy in front of him, not just circulating to finish. And being that he is the last guy lapped that means it will be in the last couple of laps of the race when there is a battle for the lead.

I was on Prado’s side with this until I saw the video Matt Burkeen posted where Prado waited for Harrison after the finish line. All good to express your frustration, but to dump the clutch and roost him afterwards was a chicken sh1t move. Jorge didnt lose that large gap he had on Jett because of Harrison

Isn’t it actually about 2 hours between the -finish- of the 1st moto land the -start- of the 2nd? And, aside from all that… I’ll bet there are more than a few mechanics and “self-serve” privateers that are GRATEFUL for all the time they can get on this day…in this weather…at this track…very grateful.

Ask Marchbanks how much he would expect to be paid to represent his country. Then when he gives the inevitable answer of "nothing" you pack his bags for him. The difference between recognizing the honour of being invited to represent versus the opposite.

Work? What makes you think this race is about work? Sure, these are professional racers, but their “job” is to win races and titles in their respective series, and to be ambassadors for their various sponsors. But this race has nothing to do with any of that. And it ain’t for everyone. Now, if a racer somehow has “must race the MXoN” written into their contracts, then okay, it’s part of their job. I don’t think anyone has that going on.

If I were selected to represent my Country in something I absolutely would do it for free.
