If a gnat keeps buzzing around your head eventually you’ll take a swipe at it. I don’t see any cracks as evidence by Jett improving his time by 3 seconds and Deegan going the other direction.

He’s pestering Jett because he can’t seem to beat him straight up. So he has to pester him in hopes of getting in his head. It’s sad the best American born rider we have has zero class. It’s going to be really funny if he can never solve the Jett mystery.

I’m gonna be real, intentionally blocking someone’s fast lap is cheating. That’s not strategy. Regardless of who does it.

Lala ran a 2:02 on a smooth track on Friday. her best on the rough sat track was 2:07. top pro's moto 2 were 1:55 - 1:57 a lap

Bouncing around from team to team like LeBron James isn’t the answer. I have always thought the reason Dungey had so much success with KTM was because he stuck it out and developed the bike to his liking. When he came to KTM the bike wasn’t great.

The top women in WMX are extremely fast. Even the riders at the back of the pack would make some fast local guys feel pretty bad about themselves. On that note, there seem to be quite a few very fast young girls at local Southern California practice tracks and races. The WMX class appears to be growing and gaining popularity. As a race fan, I love it, and last year some of the best televised battles were in WMX races.

It is crazy how far the women have come in terms of speed. I remember watching Jessica Patterson and she had speed, but she wasn't coming close to top 10 at LL outside the women's classes. I doubt she would have qualified at all. That said, they wouldn't be where they are without Fiolek, Patterson, and the others. From what I recall, they had those women out there racing AFTER the main nationals were over when the tracks were completely hammered. I cannot imagine going out there for a full moto after the second 450 moto decimates what is left...

Got to talk to Ferrandis for a couple minutes @ the Cleveland SX, had my friends 2 daughters with me who both race. Dylan was talking about how fast the ladies in WMX have gotten, so I figure, if its good enough to impress him it must be pretty damn good..lol. He doesnt sugarcoat anything.

Personally, I dont care about "fast". What makes me tune in, is the competitive nature of the field. I would say, we have a very competitive field right now. Im looking forward to watching the WMX moto 2 today.

Everyone had tears that has been in the sport long enough to know what Ken has gone through. A true testament to never give up. Seeing him stop and the camera just gonna panning around really put it all in perspective for that moment. Congrats Kenny and also congrats to Hunter. I know it wasn’t what we wanted but he will have his day.

I don’t even know what to say, what an unbelievable story for so many reasons. Massive respect to Hunter for how he rode all season long and how he handled the loss, two extremely deserving champions and it sucks one of them had to lose. It’s so special to see Kenny get this after everything he’s been through, just unreal you couldn’t script it better.

I work at Heartbeat Hot Sauce, and thus am involved with Team Solitaire. I was working A1 last year and Ken came over late Thursday with his bicycle and asked to store it in our semi because his was locked up and everyone was gone for the day. I told him no problem and we chatted for a minute or two. The next morning he swung by to grab the bike and said “Hey Tanner, thanks again for doing this!” And I couldn’t believe he remembered my name. Couldn’t be more happy for him to win.

Getting out front was so pivotal and he did exactly what he needed to do by getting in front of Hunter before the whoops. After Denver and tonight's qualifying and heat, I was worried that he wasn't feeling it at these dry tracks, but goddamn he came through we he needed to. I think we can all die happy now, fellas. I honestly can't think of a better championship ending in the last 20+ years of watching. What a story.

What an incredible season. There's so many elements and stats to Ken's story that make this championship seem almost unbelievable. Congraulations and thank you Ken Roczen.

Same here. I still remember not being able to understand his interviews because he hardly spoke any English, and now it's almost hard to remember that English is not his native language. No accent whatsoever. Just watching him grow from a teen punk (like we all were at that age) into an absolute beast of a man with a heart of gold. I was pulling so hard for Eli this year (I've wanted to see him get his redemption for the championship his achilles lost him in '23), and with how odd his season started going after Daytona I never...

I can't recall ever being this emotionally invested in a man I do not personally know to be successful in any sport. I can't even quantify how unlikely a champion he is, yet how deserving he is at the same time. The near career ending injuries, his age, the "outdated" bike... Can't believe he came out on top with the points lead Hunter had 9 rounds in to the season. So happy for that man and his family. What a story.
