The trend shows 2 things. First that the money and marketing of the US series make them very desirable. Also, and somewhat worrisome, the near total inability of the US amateur scene to produce top flight riders (Haiden Deegan excepted). KDW, the Coenens, Langengfelder, Adamo and Everts are all under 20. Benistant is 21. If they all came here they'd all displace Americans on top flight teams. What's that say about our amateur series? Finally keep in mind that some of this might be posturing in contract negotiations to increase their value in Europe.

Drew Adams looks good

We are seeing the product of our amateurs bred through facilities that ride the same tracks over and over and over and over again. Hard to get better and beat guys that have tons of experience in some of the deepest sand to some of the hardest, shittiest and beat tracks you could possibly ride.

Jett is not a Euro but he is not US born and breed. As stated, he came from MXGP and many others will come here, make great money and fight for championships. Now that MXGP riders can jump like US riders, their talent in different types of tracks will propel them to the front.

Very sad for MXGP KDW and Coenen bros have so much style, i will miss it here. Maybee Benistant goes over too.

Webb is great at taking advantage of race circumstances, at race strategies, race craft, head to head racing and adapting to breaking down tracks. All those positives hide his tiny lack of speed/technique compare to a Jett, Sexton, Tomac (when he's hot but has been on fire or freezing this season) or even an Anderson when he's not a lightning rod of short sticks. He wins A2 with a 2-2-5 score. Gets second in St Louis with a 5-6-2 score. He wins Dallas when Jett crashed in the last lap. He's making everyone pays for their mistakes but rarely wins...
